| Accounting & Auditing
Our firm prepares audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements. We keep our clients current with the changes in the rules and requirements regarding financial statement presentation. We also provide a bill paying and cash management service for our individual and business clients.
Bill Paying and Cash Management
Many businesses find themselves spending an increasing amount of time performing administrative duties rather than focusing on what they do best. Using the technology available to us, we are able to pay all the client's bills, make their deposits and provide monthly cash statements so that the client can spend their time generating revenue and managing their employees.
We also have older clients that need assistance paying their bills and sending correspondence. Not all of the clients have the same needs, so we are flexible and able to do as much for the client or as little as needed.
Compilation
A compilation of financial statements is defined as presenting in the form of financial statements information that is the representation of management without expressing any assurance on the statements.
Review
A review of financial statements involves performing inquiry and analytical procedures to provide the accountant with a reasonable basis for expressing limited assurance that there are no material modifications that should be made to the financial statements necessary for them to be in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
Audit
An audit requires a certified public accountant to make examinations of the accounting system, records, and reports in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and, based on this examination, expressing an opinion as to the fairness in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles of the financial statements and accompanying notes. |
